How the partner programme works

Transparent commercial terms

Rebate or revenue-share rates, payment schedules and clawback rules are agreed in a written Partner Agreement before activation. Nothing is calculated off-book.

Compliance-first onboarding

Partners are subject to fit-and-proper review, sanctions screening and AML due-diligence equivalent to direct clients. Partners targeting restricted jurisdictions are not on-boarded.

Marketing material review

All partner-facing creatives must comply with the Labuan FSA Market Conduct Guidelines: balanced risk warnings, no guaranteed returns, no superlatives that cannot be substantiated. We provide a base library you can adapt.

Long-term incentive alignment

Because we cap leverage conservatively and offer no bonuses, partner clients tend to trade for longer than the industry average. The programme is built around lifetime client value, not acquisition spikes.

What we do not do

  • • Pay rebates on guaranteed-loss or churn-style models.
  • • Engage partners in restricted jurisdictions (US, Malaysian retail, FATF black-list).
  • • Approve marketing claiming guaranteed profits, risk-free trading or unrealistic returns.
  • • Use bonuses, cashback or deposit incentives as a customer-acquisition lever.
