About us
Infinity Union Markets Ltd.
A Labuan-based Money Broker focused on doing one thing well — agency execution of foreign-exchange orders for international clients.
IUX Markets is the trade name under which Infinity Union Markets Ltd. operates its money broking business. We are licensed and supervised by the Labuan Financial Services Authority under Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 (LFSSA), Part VI – Money Broking and hold Money Broker License MB25/0135.
We exist for a narrow purpose: to act as an honest intermediary between retail and professional traders and the wholesale foreign-exchange market. Every order entered by a client is routed straight through to an external liquidity provider. We do not take the other side of client trades, we do not run a dealing desk, and we do not quote prices we invent ourselves.
We have deliberately built the business around three convictions:
- One account, one set of conditions. Tiered accounts almost always exist to make some clients pay for the discounts given to others. We don’t do that.
- Conservative leverage. Many Labuan brokers advertise 1:500, 1:1000 or higher. We cap FX at 1:100, metals at 1:20, commodities at 1:10. Aggressive leverage is a faster route to ruin, not to profit.
- Documentation over slogans. Every rule that governs the relationship is published — Risk Disclosure, Terms, Conflict of Interest, Best Execution, Complaint Handling. No verbal promises.
We are headquartered in Financial Park Labuan, Malaysia’s offshore financial centre. The Labuan IBFC framework places us within a recognised regulatory regime with substance requirements, fit-and-proper standards for directors, AML/CFT obligations aligned with FATF Recommendations, and ongoing supervision by the Labuan FSA.
